easyTRACK: the platform that connects all fleet data

In a modern fleet, data comes from multiple sources: GPS, fuel, tachograph, sensors, documents, drivers, alerts, and reports. The problem appears when this information is tracked separately. The vehicle’s position is in one system, fuel consumption in another report, documents in a spreadsheet, and tachograph data in a different software.

easyTRACK, the platform developed by Tell Security Systems, brings all this information into one place. The fleet manager can see more quickly what is happening with vehicles, drivers, fuel, and field activity.

From GPS to all fleet data

GPS is the starting point. Through easyTRACK, vehicles are displayed on the map in real time, with position, route, speed, stops, and travel history. But the platform does not stop at location tracking. In addition to the vehicle’s position, easyTRACK can display data about:

  • fuel level,
  • refuelling,
  • consumption,
  • the driver behind the wheel,
  • transport temperature,
  • engine RPM,
  • operating hours,
  • battery voltage,
  • documents and maintenance,
  • tachograph,
  • RO e-Transport.

Thus, the important information about the fleet is available in a single platform.

Tell Security Systems products that send data to easyTRACK

An important advantage of the easyTRACK solution is that the platform connects with Tell Security Systems equipment and sensors.

The data is not entered manually. It comes from devices installed on vehicles and is displayed in the platform.

Among the products that can be integrated into easyTRACK are:

  • Diesel Sensor fuel level probes, for monitoring fuel level;
  • easyTEMP, for temperature monitoring in refrigerated transport;
  • easyRPM Monitor II, for tracking engine RPM and engine use;
  • easyRFID, for driver identification;
  • easyFLC, for tank protection and fuel access control;
  • the tachograph reader, for downloading tachograph data;
  • the driver tachograph card reader, for managing data from the driver’s card.

All these devices complete the easyTRACK platform and help companies monitor fleet activity more clearly.

Fuel, tracked directly in the platform

Through the Diesel Sensor fuel level probes produced by Tell Security Systems in Brașov, easyTRACK can display the fuel level in the tank. The platform allows users to track refuelling, level drops, and consumption according to the vehicle’s activity. The manager can see when the vehicle was refuelled, where the refuelling took place, and how the fuel level evolved. In the case of sudden drops, the system can signal a possible anomaly.

For commercial fleets, machinery, or intensively used vehicles, this information is useful for cost control and for checking real consumption.

Temperature, engine, battery, and operating hours

easyTRACK can also collect data from technical sensors installed on the vehicle. For refrigerated transport, easyTEMP monitors temperature and helps protect sensitive goods. For trucks, vans, or machinery, easyRPM Monitor II and integration with vehicle parameters can provide information about engine RPM, engine status, operating hours, or battery voltage.

This data is especially important for:

  • construction machinery,
  • agricultural machinery,
  • refrigerated transport,
  • fleets with intensive use,
  • vehicles that require periodic maintenance.

The driver is associated with the vehicle’s activity

Through easyRFID, the platform can identify the driver using the vehicle. This way, routes, usage periods, and daily activity can be associated more clearly with the person behind the wheel. This function is useful for companies that have several drivers using the same vehicle or that want a clearer record of each employee’s activity. The easyTRACK Driver mobile app completes the communication between dispatch and driver. Documents, instructions, and operational information can be sent directly through the platform.

Documents, maintenance, and alerts

easyTRACK also helps manage fleet documents. The platform can track:

  • technical inspection,
  • RCA insurance,
  • CASCO insurance,
  • scheduled maintenance,
  • oil changes,
  • periodic servicing.

The system can send alerts before documents expire or before configured service deadlines. Instead of tracking this information separately in spreadsheets, it can be associated directly with each vehicle.

Tachograph and driver data

Tachograph data is becoming increasingly important for transport companies, especially in the context of new European obligations. Through the tachograph reader and the driver tachograph card reader, Tell Security Systems offers solutions for downloading and managing tachograph data. In easyTRACK, this information can be monitored together with the vehicle’s GPS activity, which simplifies data administration and field activity verification.

RO e-Transport, directly in the platform

For companies operating transports monitored through RO e-Transport, easyTRACK enables the transmission of GPS data to ANAF and the tracking of transmission status. Tell Security Systems is an ANAF-accredited operator for RO e-Transport integration. The platform can track UIT codes, transmission status, and the history of monitored transports.

One platform for more control

easyTRACK is used in transport, logistics, construction, agriculture, distribution, refrigerated transport, and mixed commercial fleets. The platform is configured according to the type of vehicles and the installed equipment. For some fleets, the main functions are GPS and activity reports. For others, fuel, temperature, tachograph, operating hours, or RO e-Transport matter more. Regardless of the configuration, the goal remains the same: all important fleet data should be available in one place. easyTRACK connects field information with the fleet manager’s day-to-day decisions.
