The tellromania.ro virtual store accepts the following payment methods:

Cash refund – at the time of picking up the package from the courier, paying the value of the order to the courier agent.

Payment by card.

How do we deliver?

The products are delivered on the territory of Romania, in 2-3 working days after confirming the existence of the ordered products in stock, or upon request, for the agreed date. If the ordered product is not in stock at the time of ordering, you will be notified by email or phone when the product can reach you. The delivery in the country will be made by the fast courier service, the cost of the transport being included in the invoice.

How much does delivery cost?

The cost of delivering a parcel to any area covered by our courier is 20 lei. If there will be additional costs, you will be notified by email, SMS or phone.

Delivery guarantee

tellromania.ro delivers the products properly packaged so that, regardless of the package’s destination, it arrives in the best conditions, without being damaged. Orders are taken through our website or by phone. Use the contact phone for information purposes and for customer relations.

Return details

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with it and receive your money back within a maximum of 30 days. However, we ask that the returned product be in the same condition in which it was delivered: in the original packaging, undamaged, with all accessories, with intact labels and accompanying documents. For products whose parcels show visible damage upon receipt by courier, we recommend refusing to receive them.

Products delivered wrongly

If you received a different product than the one you ordered, please report this as soon as possible to return the product and be replaced with the correct one. In this case, all the costs of returning and transporting the correct product will be borne by us.
